iACCESSORY.CA Frequently asked questionsBelow you will find answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding iAccessory.ca.
1. Which payment methods are accepted? iAccessory.ca uses Paypal to process payments; as such we can accept orders submitted via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Canadian bank accounts, and Paypal accounts.
2. Why did the charge on my PayPal/Credit card bill appear to be from iPhoneWorld.ca? iAccessory.ca and iPhoneWorld.ca (Canadas leading online iPhone news source) are sister companies. Currently you should see your charge originating from iPhoneWorld.ca with a note referring that this charge was incurred for an iAccessory product.
3. Which currencies does iAccessory.ca use? Our prices are always in Canadian (CDN) dollars.
4. Which countries does iAccessory.ca currently service? At the moment we only work with Canadian customers. We do not ship outside of Canada.
5. Do you charge any taxes? Please note that: a) Customers from Quebec will be charged for GST+QST taxes (12.875% in total). b) Customers from Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Ontario, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, and Yukon Territory will be charged for GST tax (5% in total). c) Customers from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland will be charged for HST tax (13% in total).
6. What is this I hear about a 7 days money back guarantee? We do offer one! If you receive a non-working/defective/wrong item, return it within 7 days for a full refund or a no-charge replacement unit (depending on availability). If you simply want to return the product because you do not like it, return it within 7 days for a refund (less $2 CDN restocking and handling fee per item).
7. How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping is always free at iAccessory.ca, no matter how big or small your order is.
8. Where do you ship from? iAccessory.ca has warehouses in Montreal, QC, and Toronto, ON. We ship from either warehouse based on closest distance to destination and individual items availability in each warehouse. We always ship from Canada.
9. How are the orders shipped? All of our orders are sent via Post Canada Ground service.
10. How soon will you ship my item? Your order will be sent out the next business day or within 48 hours after order receipt (not including weekends and public holidays).
11. Do you have an in-stock guarantee? iAccessory.ca guarantees that all items that were purchased and paid for are in stock. In case of a software glitch or a force major event that unables iAccessory.ca to ship your order within 2 business days (weekends and holidays non-included) you will be contacted with an offer of immediate FULL refund for you order.
12. How soon will I receive my order? You should normally receive your order within 3-8 business days after you have submitted it. Since we ship within 48 hours on business days from Toronto and Montreal, customers from central Canada should receive their orders within 3-5 business days. Customers from Atlantic Canada, Western Canada, and all Canadian Northern territories should allow at least 7 business days for delivery from the time they have entered their order. Please note that these are only estimated timelines based on recent orders. We use Post Canada Ground Service to mail your order within 2 business days, actual delivery times depend on Post Canada.
13. Is my order trackable? Since we use standard Post Canada Ground services we cannot offer tracking on orders at this time.
14. Are you a Canadian company? Yes, we are. Our headquarters are in located in Montreal, Canada, we ship from Montreal, QC, and Ontario, ON, Canada, pay GST, and love hockey!
15. Do you have store locations or some way for me to pick up my order locally? The reason we can offer you some of the lowest prices in Canada for iAccessories is by not keeping storefront locations. So while we do not have stores/local pick up spots for orders, we ship within two business days from either Montreal or Toronto warehouses -- or your money back, guaranteed.
16. What if I do not like the product? We offer a 7 days money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item return it for a refund (less a $2 restocking and handling charge per item). See our shipping information page for more information.
17. How can I return a product that I do not like? Please contact us for an RMA number and further instructions via our contacts form within 7 days since product receipt.
18. I received a defective/broken/wrong item? Please contact us for an RMA number within 7 days since product receipt and we will either issue a FULL refund or re-send the item at no cost to you (based on items availability).
