Shipping & Returns

Shipping
1. All orders will be dispatched the next business day or within 48 hours after they were made (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). All items are guaranteed to be in stock. If we cannot process your order in 48 hours for any reason (not including weekends and holidays) you will be contacted with an option to receive an immediate full refund!
2. We ship from our warehouses in Montreal, Quebec, and Toronto, Ontario, depending on items availability and best routing times to customer addresses.
3. Shipping for all orders in Canada is free.
4. All orders will be dispatched via standard Canada Post Ground service.
5. Credit card owners: please note that we can only ship to verified addresses.

Returns:
1. We offer a 7 days no questions asked money back guarantee.
2. If you are not satisfied with your order, return it back within 7 days since its receipt for a refund.
3. Only items sent back within 7 days since receipt qualify for refund.
4. You will be refunded your full purchase price less $2 CDN non-refundable restocking and handling charge per item (this charge does not apply to defective/non-working/wrong items).
5. Please make sure you include all original packaging and/or printed material along with your return item.
6. Please contact us for an RMA number and further instructions via our contacts form prior to sending back your return item.
7. $2 CDN per item charge will be withheld from your refund in lieu of restocking/handling charges in most cases.
8. In case of defective/non-working/wrong item being delivered, you will be granted a full refund or no-charge replacement of the item (depending on items availability).
9. Please note that any charges you might incur while sending back return items are non-refundable!
10. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after the return product has been received by our warehouse.
